🚚 Shipping — Nationwide

TetonVault ships to all 50 states. We're based in Idaho Falls, ID, but our equipment goes out to athletes, coaches, and school programs across the country.

• Oversized freight items — vaulting poles and competition hurdles — ship direct from the manufacturer. Because of their size, shipping is calculated based on your location and we'll confirm the cost with you before your order ships. Freight items are labelled as such on their product page, and lead times are listed there too.
• Everything else — throwing implements, bags, accessories, and apparel — ships free anywhere in the US.

🏫 Schools, Teams & Purchase Orders

• We accept school purchase orders. If your district can't pay by card, we'll invoice you — send us your PO and we'll handle it from there.
• Outfitting a program? Team and bulk orders get custom pricing. Request a team quote and we'll put together a package for your event group or full program.
• Need a formal quote for budget approval before you order? Just ask — we'll send a written quote you can take to your AD or business office.

↩️ Returns & Exchanges

• Pole sales are final. Poles are built to order and ship direct from the manufacturer, so they can't be restocked once shipped.
• Wrong pole shipped or manufacturing defect? We've got you. Contact us and we'll work with the manufacturer to make it right — that's on us, not you.

Every pole purchase includes free fitting guidance from Coach Dopp — head pole vault coach at Thunder Ridge High School. Send your athlete's height, weight, grip, and current pole, and get a recommendation matched to how they actually vault. It's the best way to guarantee the pole that shows up is the pole they need.
