• Vaulting poles ship direct from the manufacturer (UST-ESSX, Gill, FiberSport). Because poles are oversized freight, shipping is calculated based on your location — we'll confirm the shipping cost with you before your order ships. Typical lead times are listed on each product page.
• Everything else — bags, accessories, discus, apparel — ships free anywhere in the US.

• Pole sales are final. Poles are built to order and ship direct from the manufacturer, so they can't be restocked once shipped.
• Wrong pole shipped or manufacturing defect? We've got you. Contact us and we'll work with the manufacturer to make it right — that's on us, not you.
